The material for these bushings requires moderate hardness and wear resistance. After the inner bore of the bushing is ground and scraped, it can achieve high fitting precision. Additionally, the inner wall must be equipped with lubricant grooves, as lubrication of the bushing is crucial. Without proper lubrication, the shaft and bushing will quickly fail due to dry friction. During installation, it is recommended to scrape the inner wall of the bushing’s bore, creating numerous small pits that enhance lubrication.
